Brand new blog =) at 6:32 PM
alrite pple, this is my new blog.. decided to do away with the old and never-updated one..okie i vow i'll conscientiously update this new blog yeah .. (hee, okie i know i said tt the last time...whahah) okie to start the ball rolling, i shall post some memorable pix taken during the IVP finals..which actually officially mark the end of my national schools netball career ...yeah yeah kiss goodbye to the eleven yrs of school netball (of cos i took a 2 yrs break after A's..bad move..) i know i'm gonna miss it so much..no more free trg tees. no more excuse from classes, no more shooting, no more running, no more hanging out with the powerpuff girls and our ou3 xiang4.. no more cold jokes (courtesy of ms seng hongying and maybe jiao lian) during warm-ups,no more adrenalin-pumping moments when asked to warm-up to play, and no more 'NAN DA' whooshing.. little things tt seemed so insignificant suddenly grew in importance.. its not the prestigious championship tt matters i guess, its the pple who care. i'm glad i met u pple, for u guys are the highlight in this chapter of my life. alrite, this is the list of stuff i wanna say during the victory dinner but just cldnt find its way out of my voice box:
1. Jiao lian, thank you for rekindling the passion for netball in me and for being so so so tolerant with me, putting up with my silliest mistakes and always believing in me, giving me so many opportunities to play.
2. the other 2 powerpuff girls, aka trini and lirong, gosh cant imagine trg and SHOPPING without u guys.. trini, thank you for being such a supportive teamate cum gossip partner cum soulmate babe, i love u to the bits!!!
3. of cos not forgeting ms janet wong(or the princess wannabe..hehe) hey babe thx for always being there to listen and share..u're the best!! also the mambo queen, rachel!! girl, u're in a class of ur own!! maybe it's the NJ blood tt bond us anyway girl im so glad we could play and party tog.. you rock big time!!!
4. also wanna thank minjia for being little ms sensitive love you for being so true and sincere.. rem the little words of encouragement u've said to me when it blackouted during trg at NIE last season..u won't believe it but it really meant a lot =) thanks babe.. and yeah also thankew for being a LITTLE more sober than me tt nite so we could all get home safe and sound..hehehe..
5. last but not least to all the reli reli hmmm old??..eh i mean zai seniors like NG yee leen (cos she likes to call me wendy HOW!!), the other wendy, aka lix (everybody's ou3 xiang4) for their invaluable pointers..and of cos all the other teamates who were there to share the prespiration, laughter, defeats and victories..(oh my this wasn't intended to be a thankew speech )
it's been a ride worthwhile these 2 seasons.. nothing can replace the memories i guess.. let's just keep in touch and keep our fingers crossed abt the thailand trip yeah (opps they din say seniors not allowed rite???)
